Barbadillo Manzanilla Arboledilla Poniente is a fortified wine made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes under the D.O. Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It is a Manzanilla Pasada en Rama, aged unfiltered for 5-6 years under a veil of flor in the western part of the Arboledilla de Barbadillo winery, facing the sea. This location, influenced by the cool and humid Poniente wind, gives it a fresher and more elegant profile compared to its counterpart, Arboledilla Levante. The wine stands out for its bright yellow color, its saline and penetrating nose with aromas of esparto, anise and yeast, and its dry, flavorful and persistent palate. It is bottled unfiltered to preserve its original qualities.
