Arboledilla Manzanilla Levante is a fortified wine from Bodegas Barbadillo in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, belonging to the Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda DO.

Made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes, it undergoes biological aging under a veil of flor for 5-6 years in the eastern area (Levante) of the Arboledilla winery. This location, influenced by the warm Levante winds and further away from the sea, produces a sharper and more intense Manzanilla, with citrus notes, salinity and a slight bitterness on the palate.

Bottled on the vine (unfiltered) to preserve its character, it is part of a limited annual edition, with only 600 bottles for the 2019 release. The wine has a bright golden yellow color and pairs well with prawns, ham or acidic dishes.
