Shipment of your order

The shipment will be made to the address provided by the buyer, being requested to identify clearly and unequivocally that person or the person to whom the product is sent. Although Andalubox usually ships your order within approximately 24 hours, shipping may vary in delivery time. The delivery times shown on the website are approximate and do not depend on Andalubox.

Return process

Andalubox® in exercising its right of withdrawal, offers a return period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To request a refund, you must send an email to compras@andalubox.com. The customer must bear the costs of transport and proper packaging to return the item to our warehouse.

The product must be in perfect condition. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the unopened seals, as well as with the accessories that have been issued (only damages that are attributable to the manufacturing, transport or shipping process can be accepted), a refund will be made.

Returns of orders will not be accepted in the case of: The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery. As established in article 103 of the general law for the defense of consumers and users.

In case of any anomaly such as breakage or missing product, you should contact our customer service department at compras@andalubox.com, providing internal and external photographs of the shipping box and photographs of the shipping label so that the incident can be properly analyzed. If you do not provide such evidence, unfortunately we will not be able to proceed to resolve this issue.
Once the pertinent verifications have been carried out, we will proceed to pay you for the damaged or missing merchandise, and it will not be possible to replace it.

Refunds

Andalubox® will make the refund in its name in the same way in which the payment was made, incurring the buyer in the transport costs derived from return to the place of origin.
