Oloroso Tradition VORS 30 Years Jerez 75 CL

Exceptional Sherry wine. The Oloroso Tradition VORS 30 Years is one of the most awarded and exclusive sherries in the world, produced by Bodegas Tradición in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin.

Oloroso Tradition VORS 30 Years Jerez 75 CL is a dry fortified oloroso wine, classified as VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry), which is certified by the Jerez Regulatory Council to have an average age of over 30 years (in reality, it ranges from 39–45 years depending on the soleras used). It is a tribute to the ancestral traditions of Jerez: made with 100% Palomino Fino grapes from selected estates in the Jerez region, initially aged under a flor veil (biological aging) for about 10 years, and then oxidatively in the traditional solera and criadera system.

The soleras come from historic wineries such as Domecq (18th century) and Alfred Gilbey (19th century), rescued and maintained by Bodegas Tradición.

The winery, founded in 1998 by Joaquín Rivero in the historic heart of Jerez, is exclusively dedicated to very old wines (VOS and VORS), and is the only one in the Jerez region with this specialization. Its goal: to restore the prestige of old sherries through artisanal methods, without filtration or modern stabilizers.

Each 75 cl bottle is lacquered, labeled, and hand-numbered, with limited production (for example, batches of 1,350 bottles).
