Harveys Palo Cortado 50 cl is a Palo Cortado Sherry from the Harveys brand (D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Spain), one of the rarest and most elegant styles of fortified wines. It combines the aromatic delicacy of an Amontillado with the structure and strength of an Oloroso.
Pure dry Palo Cortado, oxidative aging (mainly Palomino Fino).

Color: Bright amber with old gold or light mahogany tones.
Tasting notes:

• Nose: Elegant aromas of toasted hazelnuts, fine wood, bitter orange peel, hints of leather, tobacco, and milky notes (fermented butter).
• Palate: Dry, round, broad, and velvety; medium-high body, lively acidity, flavors of dried fruits, dry caramel, vanilla, and a long, harmonious finish with great elegance. Very refined and complex.
• Alcohol content: 19% vol.
• Serving temperature: 14-16 °C (room temperature or slightly cool).
• Pairing: Aged cheeses, Iberian ham, mushrooms, red meats, stews, smoked fish, or simply as a digestive appetizer.
