Cava Pata Negra Brut Rosé is an attractive and refreshing option within the Cava Denomination of Origin. Produced by Bodegas García Carrión, one of the largest wineries in Spain, this sparkling wine is made from Trepat grapes, a grape variety native to the region of Catalonia that is ideal for the production of rosé cavas.

• Appearance: A pale and bright raspberry pink color with a fine and persistent bubbling, indicating a good integration of carbon dioxide.

• Nose: On the nose, it is very aromatic and fruity. Aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry predominate, with a touch of cherry.

• Palate: In the mouth it is a dry, light and refreshing cava. It has a balanced acidity that makes it very pleasant to drink, and a fruity finish that invites a second sip.
