Faustino Cava Brut Reserva 75 CL is a quality sparkling wine produced by Bodegas Faustino, one of the most renowned wineries in Rioja (Spain), famous for its Gran Reserva red wines but also producing exceptional cavas in the Rioja Alavesa subregion.

This is a Cava Brut Reserva with D.O. Cava designation, produced mainly in Rioja, although Cava is traditionally more associated with Catalonia.Main characteristics: Grapes: blend of Macabeo (Viura) and Chardonnay.

Preparation method:

• Traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle), with a minimum aging of 15–26 months sur lie (on the lees), which gives it complexity and finesse.
• Alcohol content: around 11,5% vol.
• Format: 75 cl bottle (standard).

Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Clean, bright pale yellow color with golden highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles with a good crown.
• Nose: Warm and fruity aromas, with notes of white fruit (apple, pear), flowers, honey, and hints of brioche or yeast.
• Palate: Fresh, pleasant, and balanced. Lively acidity, creamy, with well-integrated carbonation. Long, floral finish with a touch of honey. It is dry (Brut), but with a subtle sweetness.
• Recommended pairing: Ideal with seafood, salted fish, caviar, strong cheeses, cold meats, duck, mushrooms, or baked potatoes. Also as an appetizer or with fish and meat dishes in general.
• Serve between 6-8°C.
