Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is not just a cava; it is a living legend of Spanish viticulture. Originally intended exclusively for the Juvé family’s consumption, today it is the most internationally recognized Gran Reserva Brut Nature. Made with the free-run must of the Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada varieties cultivated on the estates of Espiells, Mediona, and La Cuscona.

Its essence lies in purity: it is a Brut Nature, which means that no sugar is added after disgorgement, allowing the wine to express itself with complete sincerity after a minimum aging of 36 months.

Tasting Notes: Complexity and Purity

• Appearance: Pale golden yellow color, bright and with a very fine effervescence that rises, forming a persistent crown, a sign of its very long aging.

• Aroma: A rich and elegant nose. It unfolds aromas of ripe white fruits and floral notes, which evolve into complex nuances of toasted bread, nuts, spices, and a slight mineral background.
