Produced in the Penedès region (Catalonia, Spain) using the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle), it stands out for its attractive color and its fresh, fruity profile. It is one of the most popular and affordable rosé cavas on the market.

Key features:

• Type: Cava Brut Rosado (dry sparkling rosé).
• Grape varieties: Mainly Garnacha and Trepat (native Spanish varieties ideal for rosés), sometimes with some Monastrell or Pinot Noir in blends.
• Sweetness level: Brut, with around 8–12 g/L of residual sugar (dry, but with fruit that makes it smooth and balanced, not austere).
• Alcohol content: 11,5-12 % vol.
• Aging: Generally 12–18 months on lees, providing finesse, creaminess, and persistent bubbles.
