Cava Rosado 75 cl is the rosé version of Freixenet’s popular Ice line, a Spanish cava from the D.O. Cava (Catalonia). It is made using the traditional method (bottle fermentation) and is specially designed to be enjoyed over ice, making it a refreshing, fun, and perfect summer choice.

It is sweeter and more structured to balance the cold of the ice, perfect for cocktails, terraces, or relaxed moments. It is a semi-dry cava (medium-dry, with noticeable sweetness to compensate for the ice), with an attractive pink color and fine bubbles.

Alcohol content around 11.5–12% vol., in a 75 cl bottle with an elegant white design with pink details and a matte or pearly texture.

Key features:

• Aromas and flavors: Intense aromas of forest fruits, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and hints of spices or anise. On the palate it is fresh, creamy, with an explosion of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), balanced sweetness, a creamy touch, and a refreshing finish. Some notice nuances of spices or herbs.
• Color: Pale pink or bright salmon, very attractive.
• Grape varieties: Blend of Grenache (Tintorera), Pinot Noir, and a touch of Chardonnay, which gives it that fruity and elegant character.
• Aging: 9–12 months on the lees for greater complexity and creaminess.
• Serving method: Very cold, in a large glass (such as a balloon glass or wine glass) filled with large ice cubes. Add slices of strawberry, raspberry, blackberries, mint, rosemary, or even cucumber to enhance it. Ideal as an aperitif, with fresh fruit, light desserts, soft cheeses, or simply to enjoy on its own. Excellent in cocktails (for example, with red fruit juice or as a base for spritz).
