Jaros Ribera del Duero Crianza 75cl
Jaros Crianza is a red wine from DO Ribera del Duero, made by Viñas del Jaro, a small château-style winery in Pesquera de Duero, Valladolid, Spain. Founded in 1997, it is part of Compañía de Viñedos Ibéricos and sources grapes from Finca El Quiñón, a 65-hectare vineyard divided into 28 sectors. The name “Jaros” comes from a centennial oak grove near the winery.
Grape varieties: Mainly Tinto Fino (Tempranillo, 90-100%), with some vintages including small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon (2%) and Merlot (~8%) for added complexity.
