Harveys Oloroso 50 cl is an oloroso sherry from the Harveys brand (D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Spain), a classic oxidative fortified wine made mainly from Palomino Fino grapes.
Pure dry Oloroso, oxidative aging in solera, 100% Palomino Fino. Color: Intense, bright dark amber.
Tasting notes:

• Nose: Elegant, long-aging aromas: toasted notes of nuts (walnuts, almonds), old wood, tobacco, hints of leather and vanilla.
• Palate: Dry, round, velvety, broad, and powerful; flavors of toasted nuts, dry caramel, wood, with a long and harmonious finish and great wine character. Very structured and persistent.
• Alcohol content: 19,5% vol.
• Serving temperature: 14-16 °C (slightly cool or room temperature).
• Pairing: Aged or semi-aged cheeses, red meats, game, cold meats, mushrooms, marinated fish, or hearty stews. Ideal for after a meal or as a digestif.
