Manzanilla Zuleta 75 cl is a fine Manzanilla from Sanlúcar – very fresh, dry and elegant – produced by Delgado Zuleta within the Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda Designation of Origin. It is a quintessentially Andalusian fortified wine, intended above all as an aperitif and to accompany the region’s most traditional cuisine, with a salty, refreshing profile that encourages you to keep eating. Andalubox exports it throughout Europe, making it ideal for both end customers and the hospitality sector and professional distributors.

In Andalusia, manzanilla is traditionally served well chilled with tapas, olives, almonds, Iberian ham, seafood and fried fish. Its biological ageing under a flor yeast layer gives it notes of bread, almond and citrus, along with a very distinctive sharp undertone, whilst on the palate it is light, dry and smooth, with a lively and refreshing sensation. It is the perfect wine for a casual tapas session, to whet the appetite and to accompany savoury dishes without overpowering their flavours.

The Delgado Zuleta winery produces this manzanilla using 100% Palomino grapes, aged for 2 to 3 years using the solera and criadera system in American oak casks, with an alcohol content of 15%. The result is a clean, bright and highly aromatic manzanilla, with a straightforward, classic style that perfectly embodies the Sanlúcar tradition.
