Santiago Jordi returns to his origins, to the area of the Marco del Jerez, specifically to the old vineyards in the town of Trebujena. Winemaker in several regions of Spain, this time he works with a Palomino fino vineyard on Albariza soils that receives the soft but cool breezes of the Guadalquivir and the Atlantic. Atuna Palomino is a fresh and very light white wine, with only 11 degrees of alcohol and is made in the most traditional way in the area, with fermentation in oak barrels.

Winemaking: Handpicked from a plot of Palomino Fino variety over 30 years old located in the town of Trebujena, with Albariza soils rich in limestone.
