The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC where fermentation takes place respecting the integrity of the grapes. The wine is pumped over daily to bring the liquid part into contact with the solid part, favoring the extraction of color, aromas and tannins, which are important for aging in barrels. After an extended period of fermentation, the wine is devatted by separating the wine yolk from the press.
Tasting Notes:
Intense medium-high cherry red color. Intense and attractive aromas of black fruits and roasted coffee. Full mouthfeel, flavorful, long, with soft, round tannins and a lingering finish.

It goes very well with meat stews, game and artisan cheese spreads, even spicy food.
