Honoro Vera Rioja 75 CL is a young red wine from the DOCa Rioja region in Spain, produced by Bodegas Rosario Vera, part of Gil Family Estates.

It is a Tempranillo varietal, from vineyards 15 to 60 years old grown in clay-limestone soils, mainly in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at temperatures below 27 °C, and approximately 10% is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels, which adds subtle complexity.

It has a vibrant cherry color with purple trim, offering fresh aromas of strawberries, cherries and balsamic notes.

In the mouth, it is juicy, with good acidity, fine tannins and a spicy and balanced finish. With an alcohol content of 14-14.5%, it is suitable for vegans and pairs well with tapas, grilled meats, pasta or cheeses. It is best enjoyed young, within 2 to 3 years after harvest (e.g. 2023).
