Its aging under a veil of flor in this microclimate gives it a unique character, with a nose that evokes notes of yeast and almond, accompanied by a subtle saline touch. The palate is dry, fresh and vibrant, with balanced acidity and unmistakable persistence. Its pale straw color reflects its purity and delicacy. Best served chilled, it is the ideal accompaniment to seafood, fish and a variety of tapas, as well as sushi and sashimi, highlighting its gastronomic versatility.
The Lustau Puerto Fino is a wine from the prestigious winery Bodegas Lustau, located in the region of Jerez. This Fino is distinguished by its origin in El Puerto de Santa María, one of the three cities that form the “Jerez Triangle” along with Jerez de la Frontera and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The special microclimate of this area, with its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, gives it a unique and different character from the finos of Jerez.
