This is a sherry vinegar with Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.) Jerez, which guarantees that it has been produced following traditional methods and in the region of Jerez, Spain.

• Aging: It is a “Reserva” vinegar, which means that it has spent at least two years in oak barrels. Its aging is done through the traditional system of criaderas and solera, the same method used for sherry wines, which gives it great complexity.
