It is an artisanal reduction of balsamic vinegar of Modena flavored with black truffle, elaborated by Bodegas Rodriguez Chiachio S.L. under the brand “El Guiso”. This family-owned company, located in Cabra (Córdoba, Spain), in the Sierra Subbética Natural Park, specializes in traditional gourmet products, such as vinegars, cooking wines and reductions made over low heat to preserve authentic aromas and flavors.
It is a premium condiment that combines the sweetness and acidity of balsamic vinegar with the earthy and unique aroma of the truffle (Tuber melanosporum), ideal for elevating everyday dishes to a gourmet level.

Ingredients:

  • Balsamic vinegar of Modena (main base, with concentrated grape must).
  • Starch (to thicken the reduction).
  • Truffle flavor (natural or synthetic, depending on the exact formula, but which faithfully imitates the flavor of the black truffle).
  • Must caramel (E-150d, for color and depth).
  • Preservative (E-224, sulfites).

Important notes: Gluten free.
Contains sulfites (may cause reactions in sensitive people).
Made in an artisanal way, reducing over low heat for a viscous texture and concentrated flavor, not like industrial sauces with simple thickeners.
