Guiso Reducción de Vinagre Balsámico al Pedro Ximénez 250 ml is a balsamic vinegar reduction made with Pedro Ximénez wine, handmade by Rodriguez Chiachio SL in Cabra, Spain.

It is made by slowly reducing high quality balsamic vinegar aged in American oak barrels with 8% natural grape must syrup (arrope) to obtain a distinctive toasted flavor.

The product has a dense and aromatic texture, ideal for enhancing dishes.
