HARVEYS FINO 50 CL.

Harveys Fino 50 cl is the dry fino sherry from the Harveys brand (D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Spain), the only purely dry wine in its classic range. It is a fino made 100% from Palomino Fino grapes, biologically aged under a layer of flor yeast for several years in the solera and farm system. It is fresh, light, and very approachable, ideal for getting started with Jerez finos.

• Type: Fino (biological aging under flor). Very dry (extra drvery dry).
• Color: Pale yellow, almost straw-colored, clean and bright.
• Tasting notes: Nose: Elegant and lively; subtle aromas of almonds, fresh yeast, herbs, green apple, saline hints, and a floral or freshly baked bread background.
• Palate: Dry, fresh, and balanced; high acidity, pronounced saltiness, notes of toasted almonds, olives, a herbal touch, and a clean, persistent finish. Light-bodied, very refreshing, and free from oxidation.
• Alcohol content: 15% ABV

Serving temperature: Very cold, between 6-8 °C (ideal in a white wine glass or tasting glass). Consume soon after opening, as it loses freshness quickly (best within 1-2 weeks in the fridge).

Recommended Pairing Perfect as an appetizer: with Iberian ham, olives, fried almonds, seafood, fried fish, anchovies, garlic shrimp, Andalusian tapas, or mild cheeses. Excellent with sushi, ceviche, or savory dishes. In cocktails: diluted with tonic or in a “Rebujito” (fino + Sprite + ice + mint).
