It is known that Baladí Verdejo, a historic variety from Montilla-Moriles, has much to share with Verdejo and Palomino fino. Thus, when it was decided to plant the Valladolid grape in this area, it was not surprising that it adapted wonderfully to the albariza. Pérez Barquero has wanted to give it back the place and fame it deserves with this wine. A fresh, intense, harmonious and tremendously gastronomic white wine.

Appearance: Pale yellow with greenish iridescence.
Nose: Intense and perfumed, with notes of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango and guava. Hints of citrus, green tea and pear in syrup.
Palate: Smooth, fresh, with light bitter and saline notes. Persistent. Great aftertaste.
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve between 7 and 10 ºC.
Pairing: Appetizers, creamy and soft cheeses, green salads. Rice and mild stews. White fish.
