The shad is a fish of the sardine family and gives its name to this white from Cádiz. Made from Palomino fino from vineyards farmed under organic viticulture guidelines, it is a complex wine on the nose, with notes of ripe apple and peach and spicy nuances. The palate is full, creamy, with light notes of ripe fruit and a soft saline nuance.
