Atlantis Albariño Rías Baixas 75 cl is a popular, affordable, and very pleasant Spanish white wine, made entirely from Albariño grapes in the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin (Galicia, northwestern Spain).

It comes from the Maetierra winery (part of the Vintae group), as part of the Atlantis range, which features wines influenced by the Atlantic Ocean. The vineyards are typically located in the Condado de Tea subregion, on the right bank of the Miño River, at altitudes ranging from 100 to 250 meters.

Tasting notes:

• Appearance: An elegant, clean, and bright lemon-yellow color.
• Nose: Very intense and persistent. Aromas of green apple, tropical fruits (such as pineapple or banana), citrus, and, at times, floral or mineral notes.
• Palate: Fresh, crisp, and vibrant, with balanced acidity. Flavors of green apple, pear, peach, citrus (lemon or lime), stone fruit, and a clean, refreshing finish. Light to medium-bodied, with a subtle salty or mineral note typical of coastal Albariños.
• Style: Easy to drink, fruity, and very versatile. Alcohol content around 12–12.5%. It’s not an ultra-complex wine, but it’s very well-made and enjoyable for the price.

This is a classic and vibrant expression of Albariño: aromatic, fresh, and perfect for summer or warm days.Recommended pairings: Ideal with seafood (mussels, oysters, shrimp, lobster, crab), grilled fish, seafood salads, ceviche, sushi, fresh cheeses, or as an aperitif. It also pairs well with white meat poultry.
