It is a very well structured wine. The acidity is balanced and enhanced by the carbonic gas, it is silky in the mouth and round, reaching all parts of the mouth carrying the fruity aromas. It can be savored and does not become heavy but cleans the mouth, it is very fresh and citric. The aromas do not decline and the aftertaste is long, a very peculiar saline nuance is detected in this wine.
