Quadis Crianza Vino Tinto de Cádiz 75 cl is a red wine produced by Bodegas Barbadillo under the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Vinos de la Tierra de Cádiz. Named after the old denomination of origin of Cádiz, this wine reflects the heritage and terroir of the region, in particular the influence of its albariza soils. It is an aged wine, aged for 11 months in second or third use French and American oak barrels, resulting in a smooth but persistent profile. Appearance: Intense dark cherry red or ruby, almost black, high layer.

Alcohol content: Typically 14.5%.

Pairing: Ideal with traditional stews, wood-fired meats, Iberian sausages, game and cured cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C.

Winemaking: From vineyards in the surroundings of Gibalbín (7.5 hectares), with night harvest, cold pre-fermentation maceration for three days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25 °C for about seven days and 11 months of barrel aging.

Barbadillo was a pioneer in the production of red wine in southern Spain, recovering the almost extinct Tintilla de Rota grape, which gives it a local and distinctive touch.

The wine is described as approachable and complex, balancing fruity notes with oak influence, making it versatile to enjoy in an informal setting or to pair with hearty dishes.
