Aging: 11 months in French and American oak barrels of two /three years
Grapes: Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Tintilla de Rota
View: Deep cherry color, dark. Seduces for its deep ruby red color almost black, high layer
Nose: Captivating for its aromas of ripe red fruit integrated with wood, with light notes of vanilla and licorice
Mouth: Surprising for its soft, sweet and wide entry of soft tannins and good persistence
Its particular flavor is the ideal complement to accompany traditional stews, wood-roasted meats, cured Iberian, game and cured cheeses. Best consumed at a serving temperature between 16º and 18 ºC. Both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a meal, serve in a wine glass.
