Visual phase: bright ruby color with dark edges and cherry tones, good density.
Olfactory phase: sweet aromas of red or wild fruit, blackberry and raspberry, vanilla and pepper background, very aromatic wine, sweet and balanced with hints of ripe fruit.
Tasting phase: fresh and agile entry. Sweet and round tannins. Roasted aromas of coffee and dark chocolate appear. Slightly bitter and saline finish with great persistence.
