Novilunio Mencía Ribeira Sacra is a red wine from the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin, made from 100% Mencía, the flagship variety of this historic Galician wine region. Reflecting the authenticity and uniqueness of the terroir, this wine captures the essence of the sloping vineyards surrounding the Miño and Sil rivers, where heroic viticulture results in expressive and elegant wines.

It has a bright cherry red color with violet reflections, characteristic of Mencía. On the nose, it displays an aromatic intensity with notes of fresh red fruits, wild flowers and a mineral touch that reflects its Atlantic origin. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and with soft tannins, offering a long and persistent finish with a subtle spicy nuance.
