La Flor del Condado Reserva Wine Vinegar 250 ml is a gourmet vinegar produced naturally from wines covered by the Condado de Huelva PDO. Its ageing in oak casks using the traditional criaderas and soleras system imparts aromatic depth, balance and an intense yet well-rounded acidity.

This ‘Reserva’ variety is aged for at least two years in wood. The result is a mahogany-coloured vinegar with a penetrating yet elegant aroma, featuring notes of aged wine, wood, nuts and subtle hints of caramel. Its acidity of 8° makes it a concentrated condiment, ideal for use in small quantities.

The 250 ml size is ideal for home cooking, the catering trade, gourmet shops and the creation of hampers of Andalusian produce. It can be used chilled or cooked, for dressings, marinades, sauces, pickles and reductions.
