The wine Doble Doce Tinto de Ronda is a young and fresh expression of the D.O. “Sierras de Málaga”, elaborated by the winery Los Frutales de la Serranía. This wine is a faithful reflection of the unique characteristics of the vineyards of the Serranía de Ronda, an emerging area known for its altitude and special soils.

Characteristics and Preparation

• Grape Variety: It is made mainly with the Syrah variety, known for its ability to produce wines with a lot of color, intense aromas and a remarkable structure.

• Harvest: The grapes are harvested by hand at night, taking advantage of the low nighttime temperatures to preserve the aromas and freshness of the grapes.

• Aging: Unlike aged wines, this is a “young” red wine that has not been aged in oak barrels. This allows the wine to maintain its fruity and primary character, showing the essence of the grape and the terroir.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: It has a very intense and bright cherry red color, with violet tones that indicate its youth.

• Nose: The nose is very powerful and fruity. Aromas of red and black fruits (cherry, blackberry and blueberry) stand out, with subtle spicy and floral notes that add complexity.

• Palate: In the mouth it is a wine with good structure, but at the same time very fresh and light. It is tasty, with a soft tannin and a long and fruity finish.

It is a very versatile wine that pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes. Its freshness and fruity flavor make it ideal for:
