Sugar content: 132 gr/l.

Elaboration: It is elaborated with yolk must and its fermentation is controlled. The fortification is carried out at 19.5º to enter the aging system of the physical-chemical type, by oxidation in oak barrels, minimum average aging of six years, as a result, this singular sweet oloroso, or “cream”, as the British call it.

Tasting notes: Sweet oloroso wine of mahogany color with aromas of dried fruits, nuts, and slight hints of raisins and toasted sugar. The palate is soft, velvety, very warm due to its alcohol content, persistent retronasal.

Consumption preference: It can be consumed alone, as an accompaniment to desserts at any time, chilled, or with ice as a refreshing drink.
