The Benito Escudero Vino Blanco Rioja Fermentado en Barrica 75 cl is a white wine from the DOCa Rioja, produced by Bodegas Escudero in Grávalos, La Rioja, Spain.

Grape varieties: Made with Chardonnay and Viura grapes.

Winemaking: The wine ferments in 225-liter American oak barrels and remains in contact with its lees until April, with daily batonnage. This process increases complexity and prolongs its aging potential.

Characteristics:

• Appearance: Clean and bright, pale yellow with greenish reflections.
• Aroma: Fruity notes of grape varieties with a subtle oak influence, making it pleasant and balanced.
• Taste: Fresh, round and elegant, with a good evolution in bottle.
