Yllera 9 meses de Castilla 75 CL is a red wine from Castilla y León, Spain, produced by Bodegas Grupo Yllera. It is a single varietal Tempranillo, aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels, with a vibrant cherry red color with violet hues.

It offers a complex aroma of ripe red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry), vanilla, spices and toasted notes from the wood.

On the palate, it is smooth, balanced and medium-bodied, with round tannins, a silky texture and a long, lingering finish. It is described as fruity, elegant and easy to drink, making it versatile for pairing with red and white meats, pasta, grilled vegetables, cured meats and semi-cured cheeses. Serve at 14-16 °C.
