Lumé Brut is a quality sparkling wine made from 100% Zalema, a variety native to the Doñana Biosphere Reserve in Huelva, by Bodegas Contreras Ruiz. This sparkling wine is produced following the traditional method, the same used in the great sparkling wines of the world, which guarantees a fine and elegant bubble, as well as a unique aromatic complexity.
Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, Lumé Brut stands out for its fresh and expressive nose, with notes of white fruits, flowers and subtle hints of bakery due to its aging on lees. On the palate, it is refreshing, balanced and with a well-integrated bubble, offering a creamy texture and a long finish with a mineral touch.
