Miura Dry Anise 70 Cl is a dry anise-flavored spirit produced by Destilerías de Cazalla, located in Cazalla de la Sierra, in the Sierra Norte of Seville, Spain. Caballero Group.

It is handcrafted following a centuries-old recipe inherited from the Franciscan monks who lived in the Convent of the Tithes, part of the old Convent of San Francisco.

The process consists of carefully selecting the finest matalahúva (anise) seeds, which are distilled in centuries-old stills to create a delicate and refined anise with bright glimmers, distinctive aniseed aromas, and a smooth taste on the palate.

With an alcohol content of 50% and typically bottled in 70 cl formats, it is ideal for after-dinner drinks or as a key ingredient in a classic carajillo (a Spanish coffee drink with liquor).
