Miura Sweet Anise 70 Cl

Miura Sweet Anise 70 Cl is a sweet anise liqueur produced by Destilerías Miura, part of the Caballero Group, in Cazalla de la Sierra, Spain.

It is handcrafted following a centuries-old recipe from the Franciscan monks who lived at the Convent of the Tithes.

The process consists of carefully selecting the finest matalahúva (anise) seeds, which are distilled in centuries-old copper stills. The result is a delicate, smooth liqueur with 37% alcohol by volume, featuring bright, lustrous hues, distinctive anise aromas, and a smooth, pleasant taste. A fine, delicate anise liqueur with brilliant highlights, aniseed aromas, and a smooth, gentle finish on the palate.

It is commonly sold in 70 cl bottles and is recommended to enjoy after dinner or in a classic carajillo (coffee with liqueur).
