Goya XL Manzanilla en Rama 50 cl is a manzanilla en rama with great character, produced by Delgado Zuleta in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, one of the most iconic wineries in the Jerez region. This is a more intense, direct, and expressive manzanilla, designed for those who enjoy Andalusian fortified wines in their most authentic and fresh form, with a profile closely linked to biological aging under the flor yeast layer. Andalubox exports it throughout Europe.

In Andalusia, unblended manzanilla is particularly prized for its lively, dry, and briny profile, ideal for drinking very cold with tapas, seafood, Iberian ham, olives, almonds, and fried fish. Its unfiltered nature—or minimal processing—gives it more texture, greater authenticity, and a fuller expression of the winery and the aging process. It is also highly prized in the hospitality industry because it pairs exceptionally well with savory dishes and seafood recipes without overshadowing the main flavor.

The Delgado Zuleta family produces this wine from 100% Palomino grapes, using the traditional criaderas and soleras system in American oak barrels. The result is a pale golden-yellow manzanilla that is clear and bright, with aromas of toasted almonds, citrus, and chamomile, and a light, dry, smooth, and very persistent palate.
