It is a premium Spanish rum with triple aging, produced by Bodegas Williams & Humbert in Jerez de la Frontera. It is a unique fusion between Caribbean rum and the Jerez tradition of Sherry wines.

Aging process:

• First 5 years → In the Caribbean (blend of rums from Barbados and Guyana), in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
• Next 3 years → In Jerez, in barrels that previously held Palo Cortado “Dos Cortados” (20 years old, certified by the D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry).
• Last 2 years → In casks that aged the Pedro Ximénez (PX) “Don Guido” for more than 20 years, also certified by the D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

Tasting notes:

• Color: Very dark amber, almost brown with reddish highlights.
• Nose: Intense and sweet, with dominant notes of figs, raisins, ripe fruits, caramel, vanilla, tropical spices, hints of tobacco, and smoked oak.
• Palate: Sweet, medium-bodied, balanced but very sweet (strong influence of PX), flavors of dried fruits, caramel, vanilla, and a long finish with hints of tobacco, anise, and lightly toasted oak.
