Condado de Haza Crianza Ribera del Duero 75 CL, a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero, produced by the Condado de Haza winery, belonging to the Familia Fernández Rivera group, founded by Alejandro Fernández. It is a 100% Tempranillo wine (Tinto Fino), made in a château style estate next to the Duero River. Appearance: Clean and bright, with a dark cherry or ruby red color and violet or purple hues, depending on the vintage.

• Aroma: Intense and fruity, with ripe red and black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants, raspberries), floral notes (violets) and hints of licorice typical of Tempranillo. The barrel aging contributes notes of roasted coffee, vanilla, smoked and sweet spices (cinnamon, pepper).
• Palate: Silky and fleshy entry, with well-integrated acidity and round, soft tannins. Black fruit flavors predominate, with smoky, toasty and vanilla notes from the American oak. It is powerful yet elegant, with a medium to long, lingering finish.
• Aging: It is normally aged for 12 to 18 months in American oak barrels (fine grain, light-medium toast) and at least 6 months in the bottle. The unique cellar, dug 30 meters into the hillside, maintains optimum temperature and humidity.
• Winemaking: Made from Tempranillo grapes grown in 200 hectares of vineyards in Roa and La Horra (Burgos), at 750-850 meters altitude on sandy loam and clay soils. The climate is characterized by harsh winters and hot, dry summers, which guarantees optimum grape ripening. The grapes are harvested by hand, with vinification by gravity, without filtration or clarification for a natural wine. Certified organic and sustainable under the Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection seal.
