DESCRIPTION

Aging: Nine months in barrels of more than one wine.
Winemaking: Cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in tank.
Tasting: Medium-high color intensity, with ruby tones with violet reflections. Aromas of red fruit, blue flowers, with a background of coffee and sweet spices. The palate has a very sweet tannin with volume and a very pleasant final sensation.
