Medium-high intensity wine, with a cherry red cherry color and thick and persistent tears. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with spicy and balsamic floral notes that increase in intensity in the glass, and fine toasted notes from the wood.

Micro-vinification is the main guide behind the elaboration of Finca Moncloa wines, whose typicity lies in their grape varieties and the reflection of their terroir. The grapes were harvested by hand and selected in the vineyard. After malolactic fermentation, each variety was aged in new and second-use French and American oak barrels for more than twelve months. Once the aging in barrels was completed, the blend was made and bottled in March 2014.
