WINEMAKING
Oxidative aging in century-old American oak barrels. Very gentle treatments are applied, so natural precipitates may appear.

ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS
Intense ebony color with iodized iridescence, wide and lazy tear. Sweet aromas of raisins, dates and caramel, on a background of toasted and roasted, dark chocolate and coffee. The palate is complex and harmonious. Its entrance is sweet, with a long and enveloping aftertaste, very persistent.
