Croft Original is a pale cream made in the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry DO. Specifically, this type of wine -also known as liqueur fortified wines- is made from a blend of a biologically aged wine (fino or manzanilla), to which sweet wine or concentrated must (from Pedro Ximenez or muscatel grapes) is added.

Croft Original is a pale cream with a minimum period of 4 years in the criaderas and soleras system. The nose is sharp, with notes of organic aging (hazelnut, bakery) and hints of flowers and fruit. The palate is light and fresh, with saline and sweet notes. Very pleasant finish.
