The flavor profile was developed in collaboration with Master Blender Caroline Martin, seeking a balance between the intense fruitiness of the malt and the creaminess of the grain.

• Color: Amber, light gold.

• Nose (Aroma): Deliciously fragrant and creamy. Sweet and fruity notes predominate, highlighting spiced pear, followed by hints of vanilla and honey.

• Palate (Flavor): Smooth, oily, and creamy on the palate. It confirms the fruity notes, with a pronounced presence of pear and baked apple. The sweetness is balanced with notes of biscuit, cereals, and a warm touch of spices (such as cinnamon and ginger). The influence of the bourbon barrel is very noticeable.

• Final: Surprisingly deep, persistent, and long-lasting. The sweet notes fade slowly, leaving a warm and slightly spicy or woody sensation on the palate.
