Pata Negra Organic Cava, 75cl

Pata Negra Organic Cava is made from the best white Macabeo grapes grown in the vineyards of the “pata negra” winery, the “bodega pata negra”. García Carrión. This is located in Vilanova i La Geltrú (Barcelona), on the top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, where the cellars of the winery are also located, where this and other wines rest in complete silence and darkness to result in unique Cavas of excellent quality.

The whole process of elaboration of Pata Negra is characterized by following the traditional method, which, after at least 12 months of resting in the cellar, makes it possible to obtain sparkling wines with small and persistent bubbles.

All this will result in a wine with an alcohol content of 11.5%, which is noticeable by its pale straw yellow color. The grapes provide fruity aromas reminiscent of citrus and apples, which combine perfectly with its fruit flavors with acidic and refreshing touches, leaving a persistent and clean sensation.

The Cava Pata Negra Ecológico, served at a temperature between 4 and 6ºC, is perfect to accompany fine and elegant appetizers such as smoked salmon or caviar.
