Pata Negra DO Rioja, Crianza: Made from Tempranillo grapes and aged in French and American oak barrels where it is given a powerful and elegant character.

Pata Negra DO Toro, Roble: Made from Tempranillo and Tinta de Toro grapes. Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months where it acquires all its character. Once its aging is finished, it is filtered and bottled where it remains for 2 months to refine.

Pata Negra DO Mancha, Oak: Made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes. Aged in oak barrels for 2 months where it takes its personality and expressiveness. Once the aging process is completed, the wine is racked, clarified and filtered for subsequent bottling.

This Iberian fauna edition is inspired by 3 of the most characteristic animal species of our country. The bull, representing the Toro DO; the Iberian lynx representing the Mancha DO and the wolf representing the Rioja DO.
