Manzanilla Papirusa from Bodegas Lustau is a dry fortified wine, made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes and protected by the Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda Designation of Origin. This wine ages under a veil of flor in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, following the traditional solera and criaderas system, in a microclimate influenced by the sea breeze at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River.

Tasting notes:

View: Bright yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose: Saline and iodized aromas that evoke the sea, with notes of toasted nuts.
Palate: Dry, light and fresh flavor, with a refreshing acidity.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and perfect with seafood, oysters, fried fish and white fish. It is recommended to serve between 7 and 9°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
