Miura Cherry Liquor 70 Cl is a traditional Spanish cherry liquor produced by DestilerĆas de Cazalla, located in Cazalla de la Sierra, Seville, in the historic Convento de los Diezmos. Made using a centuries-old recipe from Franciscan monks dating back to the 15th century, it is produced by macerating wild cherries (sour cherries) in a fine anise-based spirit distilled in ancient stills. The process involves carefully selecting ripe cherries, macerating them for at least six months, and gently pressing them to extract their intense flavor and characteristic ruby-red color.
