Our red wine Entrechuelos Tercer Año has been produced and elaborated in our own vineyards of Cortijo de Torrecera located on the slopes of the Guadalete river. The selection of the best grapes for the elaboration of this incredible wine with aromas of ripe red fruits and soft touches of cinnamon and cocoa.

Syrah, Merlot, Cabermet Sauvignon and the native Tintilla de Rota.
Climate
The vineyard is located in the southernmost part of Europe. The proximity of the Atlantic Ocean makes the climate temperate, with not too cold and humid winters, and not too hot summers cooled at night by the humid sea breeze.
Soil
Tierra Albariza. Limestone rich in calcium carbonate, clay and silica.

Vinification
Pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C for 5 days. Fermented for 10 days. Post-fermentative maceration for 3 days.
Aging
Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and matured in the bottle at the winery for another 12 months before release. This wine will have a long positive evolution if properly stored.

Intense ruby red
Nose
Intense fruity aromas, red berries and powerful balsamic notes.
Palate
A soft acidity on the palate intensifies these aromas of ripe red fruits and soft aromas of cinnamon and cocoa, with a slight vanilla profile. Ample, glyceric, very round.
Food pairing
Dishes with legumes, nuts, roasted vegetables, game meats (duck, viscacha, rabbit).
Allergens
